While I can't offer you quite the service you require, I can tell you about my experiances of being 'gently' taken into the world of Financial Slavery (consensual blackmail in my case). I started this mid 2006 for a 6-month contract.
Through meeting a friend of a friend who (after wine and some conversation) I found out to be dominant in her relationships (I had said I was naturally fairly submissive). She was certainly not a pro, just had that side to her personality.
She was very excited by the idea that someone (i.e. me) would want to go down the route of being blackmailed so we both looked into the scene as best we could (I have been browsing sites / forums for a while) and we came up with an agreement. We both agreed to enter into a blackmail agreement for 6 months.
I had to make a (considerable) portfolio of embarassing, humiliating and incriminating photos, statements, handwritten (and signed) documents together with full details of all personal friends, workmates, family, etc. I then had to hand write (and sign) a letter begging her to e-mail all this information to all these people if I missed any of the payments or didn't comply with any of the 'extras' she demaded within the 6 month period.
I was also to be kept completely chaste with no orgasms allowed whatsoever. We didn't want me to have an orgasm and then end up thinking the whole thing was a big mistake.
I was to pay the agreed amount into her account each month, on demand. She would let me know by e-mail or text message when the amount was to be credited. Included within the e-mail would be a monthly 'challenge' which I had to complete and send her proof in the form of photos / video.
My first demand for payment was attached with a demand to completely shave all hair from my head and body and e-mail plenty of photos to her to prove I'd done it. She attached a couple of embarassing photos which I had sent to her just to remind me of what incriminating evidence she had (as if I needed it) and what she would do with it.
That weekend, I bought some hair clippers and did exactly as she demanded. Head, legs, chest, armpits all completely bold and took photos which I e-mailed back to her to show I had complied. Actually, work and friends weren't too bad (although I did hide my chest and legs etc) - I just said with the hot weather it felt very liberating to have no hair on your head. A quick 'you should try it' soon shut everyone up'.
The next months demand for payment and challenge required me to purchase (and try on) lingerie. I had to go to a store and select lingerie for myself. I had to prove I'd tried it all on in the store be taking photos of myself in the fitting room and then more photos at home. I also scanned the receipt and e-mailed the files.
Part way thorough the next month came a demand (by text) for cash to be paid into her account that day. She also sent me an e-mail with photos and documents and a list of people who would get this e-mail if the money wasn't there that same evening. The only way I could get that sort of money was taking out cash on my credit card and paying it into her account (the amount had to be cleared in her account that day).
This was getting tough, because the 'extra' she wanted was nearly as much as a monthly payment).
The monthly demand at the end of that month also included another challenge - this time to up the stakes a bit in case I felt like backing out. I had to be the first into the office one morning and video myself doing things which would (if caught) result in immediate dismissal. Use the ladies room and insert a tampon into myself, wearing nothing but lingerie prancing around the CEOs office, pretending to give a banana a blow job at his secretary's desk, etc. Again, the video went off by e-mail and she was most pleased.
On it went for 6 months, which have recently ended. She says that although she will keep the files / photos, she will honor our agreement and not make them public.
We might enter into another agreement, but both of us agree not just yet. I need to recover my finances (as well as my nerves) and she says she was suprised at the amount of effort and organisation which was required (although she did agree that the financial rewards are certainly more than worth it).
I hope you can find someone to introduce you gently to this very exciting scene. The idea of a 'fixed-term' blackmail was the key for me. Most Financial Dommes who do blackmail seem to require a very deep commitment (which so they should - They are the Domme, and we are the slaves), but I'm sure there must be a great market out there for those who want a very real experiance but like you (and i) want to be introduced gently.
