CUSTOM CORSET COUTURE
I am COMPLETELY obsessed with corsets, and NOT the poxy cheaply made off the rack numbers you see in lingerie shops or fetish stores - Mine are AUTHENTIC, designed and constructed by one of the best, if not THE absolute best corsetieres in North America. We had several fittings so as to make the fit absolutely perfect and to be certain that NO detail was spared. What's more, the corsetiere is a total cat person just like Me and when I went for one of the fittings, She gave Me a supersweet gift ~ a MATCHING corset made especially for Miss Barbie. Isn't that the CUTEST thing ever? I was so happy, and Miss Barbie will be having some pro pics taken soon in some of Her cutest outfits, including the gorgeous corset made especially for Her tiny little furry fabulous self!
So, I have two pieces now, and you best be grateful for the following details, piglets:
One is a reversible demi-coverage underbust made from true BRIGHT RED jacquard on one side and black velvet with really gorgeous silver embroidered sparklies on the other. It has satin trim with silver eyelets, several panels and laces at both the front and back.
The other is a full coverage jacquard-patterned brocade in several shades of gold and bronze, lined with metallic bronze twill. OH MY GOD it is absolutely regal and looks positively gorgeous ~ CRIMINALLY gorgeous. It also has several panels, and laces at both the front and back.
Getting custom corsets made is a process, and I am so glad I found someone so skilled, and I am SO glad I didn't buy something off the rack ~ I have two ORIGINAL pieces made especially for Me and I'm planning on having the initials "MC" embroidered into them at some point in the near future. Off the rack corsets tend to be poorly constructed, with weak panels that pucker throughout and they certainly cannot be laced very tightly. It takes a bit of getting used to, but now I love My corsets laced really super tight, and I've gotten so accustomed to it that I can dance the night away and do pretty much anything while wearing one. *s*
I am kind and generous enough to post a little pic of My reversible piece, just a tiny pic, because you losers so totally do NOT deserve anything more, in fact, you know you deserve nothing at all.
